فَعَّالٌ لِمَا يُرِيدُ
Olùṣe-ohun-t’Ó-bá-fẹ́.
Tafsír
Kò sí tafsír ní èdè rẹ. Èyí ni Al-Mukhtasar ní èdè Gẹ̀ẹ́sì.
16. Doer of the what He wills such as pardoning the sins of whoever He wills and punishing whoever He wills. There is none that can compel Him, may He be glorified.
