إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَاسْتَكْبَرُوا وَكَانُوا قَوْمًا عَالِينَ
Unto Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they scorned (them) and they were despotic folk.
