At-Tawbah · 9:3

وَأَذَانٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ إِلَى النَّاسِ يَوْمَ الْحَجِّ الْأَكْبَرِ أَنَّ اللَّهَ بَرِيءٌ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ ۙ وَرَسُولُهُ ۚ فَإِنْ تُبْتُمْ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ ۖ وَإِنْ تَوَلَّيْتُمْ فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّكُمْ غَيْرُ مُعْجِزِي اللَّهِ ۗ وَبَشِّرِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ

Ìkéde kan láti ọ̀dọ̀ Allāhu àti Òjíṣẹ́ Rẹ̀ sí àwọn ènìyàn ní ọjọ́ Hajj Ńlá ni pé, “Dájúdájú Allāhu yọwọ́yọsẹ̀ (nínú ọ̀rọ̀) àwọn ọ̀ṣẹbọ. Òjíṣẹ́ Rẹ̀ náà (yọwọ́yọsẹ̀). Tí ẹ bá ronú pìwàdà, ó sì lóore jùlọ fun yín. Tí ẹ bá gbúnrí, ẹ mọ̀ pé dájúdájú ẹ ò lè móríbọ́ nínú (ìyà) Allāhu.” Kí o sì fún àwọn t’ó ṣàì gbàgbọ́ ní ìró ìyà ẹlẹ́ta-eléro.

Àgékúrú fún “Hajj Ńlá” ni “Hajj”. Ìdà kejì Hajj Ńlá ni Hajj Kékeré. Hajj Kékeré ni a tún mọ̀ sí ‘Umrah. Ìyapa-ẹnu wà lórí ọjọ́ tí a lè pè ní ọjọ́ Hajj Ńlá. Ìdí ni pé, ọjọ́ Hajj Ńlá lè jẹ́ ọjọ́ ‘Arafah tàbí ọjọ́ ìgúnran tàbí àpapọ̀ ọjọ́ tí iṣẹ́ Hajj bẹ̀rẹ̀ mọ́ ọjọ́ tí ó máa parí.

Kò sí tafsír ní èdè rẹ. Èyí ni Al-Mukhtasar ní èdè Gẹ̀ẹ́sì.

3. A notification from Allah and His Messenger to all people on the Day of Sacrifice that Allah, may He be glorified, and His Messenger are free of the idolaters. If you, O idolaters, repent from your idolatry, then such repentance will be better for you. If you turn away from repentance, then be certain that you will never get away from Allah and you will never escape His punishment. O Messenger, give the disbelievers news that will upset them: the painful punishment that awaits them.
