Al-Ma'idah · 5:79
كَانُوا لَا يَتَنَاهَوْنَ عَنْ مُنْكَرٍ فَعَلُوهُ ۚ لَبِئْسَ مَا كَانُوا يَفْعَلُونَ
Wọn kì í kọ ìwà ìbàjẹ́ tí wọ́n ń ṣe níṣẹ́ láààrin ara wọn. Ohun tí wọ́n ń ṣe níṣẹ́ sì burú.
Tafsír
Kò sí tafsír ní èdè rẹ. Èyí ni Al-Mukhtasar ní èdè Gẹ̀ẹ́sì.
79. They did not forbid the sinner from amongst them from committing sin. Instead, the sinners used to commit sins and evil openly because no one would disapprove of it. How evil was the action of not forbidding the evil that they used to do!
