يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِنَّا أَحْلَلْنَا لَكَ أَزْوَاجَكَ اللَّاتِي آتَيْتَ أُجُورَهُنَّ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ يَمِينُكَ مِمَّا أَفَاءَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ وَبَنَاتِ عَمِّكَ وَبَنَاتِ عَمَّاتِكَ وَبَنَاتِ خَالِكَ وَبَنَاتِ خَالَاتِكَ اللَّاتِي هَاجَرْنَ مَعَكَ وَامْرَأَةً مُؤْمِنَةً إِنْ وَهَبَتْ نَفْسَهَا لِلنَّبِيِّ إِنْ أَرَادَ النَّبِيُّ أَنْ يَسْتَنْكِحَهَا خَالِصَةً لَكَ مِنْ دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ۗ قَدْ عَلِمْنَا مَا فَرَضْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ فِي أَزْوَاجِهِمْ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ لِكَيْلَا يَكُونَ عَلَيْكَ حَرَجٌ ۗ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَحِيمًا

Ìwọ Ànábì, dájúdájú Àwa ṣe é ní ẹ̀tọ́ fún ọ àwọn ìyàwó rẹ̀, tí o fún ní owó-orí wọn, àti àwọn ẹrú nínú àwọn tí Allāhu fí ṣe ìkógun fún ọ àti àwọn ọmọbìnrin arákùnrin bàbá rẹ àti àwọn ọmọbìnrin arábìnrin bàbá rẹ, àti àwọn ọmọbìnrin arákùnrin ìyá rẹ, àti àwọn ọmọbìnrin arábìnrin ìyá rẹ, àwọn t’ó fi ìlú Mọkkah sílẹ̀ wá sí ìlú Mọdīnah pẹ̀lú rẹ, àti onígbàgbọ́ òdodo lóbìnrin, tí ó bá fi ara rẹ̀ tọrẹ fún Ànábì, tí Ànábì náà sì fẹ́ fi ṣe ìyàwó. Ìwọ nìkan ni (èyí) wà fún, kò sí fún àwọn onígbàgbọ́ òdodo lọ́kùnrin. A ti mọ ohun tí A ṣe ní ọ̀ran-anyàn fún wọn nípa àwọn ìyàwó wọn àti àwọn ẹrú wọn. (Èyí rí bẹ́ẹ̀) nítorí kí ó má baà sí láìfí fún ọ. Allāhu sì ń jẹ́ Aláforíjìn, Àṣàkẹ́-ọ̀run.

Ohun tí Allāhu (subhānahu wa ta'ālā) ṣe ní ọ̀ran-anyàn lé àwa lórí nípa ìgbéyàwó àwa ọmọlẹ́yìn Ànábì (sollalāhu 'alayhi wa sallam) nìwọ̀nyí; ìkíní: Fífẹ́ onígbàgbọ́ òdodo lóbìnrin pẹ̀lú àṣẹ àti ìyọ̀ǹda aláṣẹ rẹ̀. Èyí wà ní ìbámu sí sūrah an-Nisā’; 4:25. Ìkejì: Fífẹ́ obìnrin pẹ̀lú sọ̀daàkí. Èyí wà ní ìbámu sí sūrah an-Nisā’; 4:4. Ìkẹta: Òǹkà ìyàwó mùsùlùmí kò gbọdọ̀ tayọ mẹ́rin ní abẹ́ àkóṣo rẹ̀. Èyí wà ní ìbámu sí sūrah an-Nisā’; 4:3.

Kò sí tafsír ní èdè rẹ. Èyí ni Al-Mukhtasar ní èdè Gẹ̀ẹ́sì.

50. O Prophet! I have made permissible for you those of your wives whom you have given their dowry to, and those female servants that you possess from the captives Allah has given to you as booty. I have also made permissible for you, marriage to the daughters of your paternal uncles and aunts and the daughters of your maternal uncles and aunts, who have emigrated with you. I have also made permissible for you to marry the believing woman who presents herself to you for marriage without any dowry. The permissibility of this type of marriage, without a dowry, is exclusive to the prophet (peace be upon him), and is not permissible to anyone else from his Nation. Verily, I know what I have made obligatory upon the believers with regards to their wives: it is not permissible for them to marry more than four women at once. I am also aware of legislating for them with regards to their female servants: that they can make use of however many they want without any restriction on number. And I have also permitted for you from the aforementioned that which I have not made permissible for others, so that there is no difficulty or difficulty upon you. Allah Forgiving to those of His servants who repent, and is merciful to them.
