Luqman · 31:33
يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمْ وَاخْشَوْا يَوْمًا لَا يَجْزِي وَالِدٌ عَنْ وَلَدِهِ وَلَا مَوْلُودٌ هُوَ جَازٍ عَنْ وَالِدِهِ شَيْئًا ۚ إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ ۖ فَلَا تَغُرَّنَّكُمُ الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا وَلَا يَغُرَّنَّكُمْ بِاللَّهِ الْغَرُورُ
Ẹ̀yin ènìyàn, ẹ bẹ̀rù Olúwa yín. Kí ẹ sì páyà ọjọ́ kan tí òbí kan kò níí ṣàǹfààní fún ọmọ rẹ̀; àti pé ọmọ kan, òun náà kò níí ṣàǹfààní kiní kan fún òbí rẹ̀. Dájúdájú àdéhùn Allāhu ni òdodo. Nítorí náà, ìṣẹ̀mí ayé yìí kò gbọdọ̀ tàn yín jẹ. (Èṣù) ẹlẹ́tàn kò sì gbọdọ̀ tàn yín jẹ nípa Allāhu.
Tafsír
Kò sí tafsír ní èdè rẹ. Èyí ni Al-Mukhtasar ní èdè Gẹ̀ẹ́sì.
33. O people! Be mindful of your Lord by fulfilling His commands and refraining from His prohibitions, and fear His punishment on the day when no father will be able to benefit his child, nor a child benefit its father in the slightest. Indeed, the promise of Allah of requital on the Day of Judgment is true and will inevitably be fulfilled, so let not the worldly life and whatever desires and amusements it contains deceive you, nor let Satan deceive you by misunderstanding the forbearance of Allah and His delaying the punishment from you.
