وَمَكَرُوا وَمَكَرَ اللَّهُ ۖ وَاللَّهُ خَيْرُ الْمَاكِرِينَ
Wọ́n déte, Allāhu sì déte. Allāhu sì l’óore jùlọ nínú àwọn adéte.

Kíyè sí i, Allāhu (subhānahu wa ta'ālā) kì í ṣe adéte. Ẹ wo ìtọsẹ̀-ọ̀rọ̀ fún sūrah al-Baƙọrah; 2:15 àti ìtọsẹ̀-ọ̀rọ̀ fún sūrah as-Sọ̄ffāt; 37:125.

Kò sí tafsír ní èdè rẹ. Èyí ni Al-Mukhtasar ní èdè Gẹ̀ẹ́sì.
54. The disbelievers from the Israelites plotted to kill Jesus (peace be upon him), so Allah planned to leave them in their misguidance; and He made another person resemble Jesus (peace be upon him) on the occasion when they actually tried to murder him. Allah is the best plotter, because there can be nothing more severe than His plot against His enemies.
