Al-Baqarah · 2:176
ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ نَزَّلَ الْكِتَابَ بِالْحَقِّ ۗ وَإِنَّ الَّذِينَ اخْتَلَفُوا فِي الْكِتَابِ لَفِي شِقَاقٍ بَعِيدٍ
Ìyẹn rí bẹ́ẹ̀ nítorí pé dájúdájú Allāhu sọ Tírà (al-Ƙur’ān) kalẹ̀ pẹ̀lú òdodo. Dájúdájú àwọn t’ó sì yapa Tírà náà ti wà nínú ìyapà t’ó jìnnà (sí òdodo).
Tafsír
Kò sí tafsír ní èdè rẹ. Èyí ni Al-Mukhtasar ní èdè Gẹ̀ẹ́sì.
176. That punishment is what they get for hiding knowledge and guidance, because Allah revealed the sacred scriptures in truth, which must be made clear and not hidden. Also, those who disagree with the sacred scripture, believing some of it and hiding some of it, have taken a position that is far from the truth.
