ذَٰلِكَ لِيَعْلَمَ أَنِّي لَمْ أَخُنْهُ بِالْغَيْبِ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي كَيْدَ الْخَائِنِينَ
(Yūsuf sọ pé): "Ìyẹn nítorí kí ọba lè mọ̀ pé dájúdájú èmi kò jàǹbá rẹ̀ ní ìkọ̀kọ̀. Àti pé dájúdájú Allāhu kò níí fi ìmọ̀nà síbi ète àwọn oníjàǹbá.
Tafsír
Kò sí tafsír ní èdè rẹ. Èyí ni Al-Mukhtasar ní èdè Gẹ̀ẹ́sì.
52. The wife of the minister said that this disclosure was so that Joseph would know through her confession that it was she who had tried to seduce him and that he was truthful, and that she had not lied about him in his absence, as it had become clear to her from what had happened that Allah does not give success to those who lie and scheme.
