قَالُوا أَجِئْتَنَا لِتَلْفِتَنَا عَمَّا وَجَدْنَا عَلَيْهِ آبَاءَنَا وَتَكُونَ لَكُمَا الْكِبْرِيَاءُ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَمَا نَحْنُ لَكُمَا بِمُؤْمِنِينَ
Wọ́n wí pé: “Ṣé o wá bá wa nítorí kí o lè ṣẹ́rí wa kúrò níbi ohun tí a bá àwọn bàbá wa lórí rẹ̀ (nínú ìbọ̀rìṣà) àti nítorí kí títóbi sì lè jẹ́ tẹ̀yin méjèèjì lórí ilẹ̀? Àwa kò sì níí gba ẹ̀yin méjèèjì gbọ́.”

Kò sí tafsír ní èdè rẹ. Èyí ni Al-Mukhtasar ní èdè Gẹ̀ẹ́sì.
78. The people of Pharaoh gave Moses the following response: Have you brought this magic to turn us away from the religion we found our fathers following, so that you and your brother can gain control of us? We are not going to believe you two, O Moses and Aaron.
