An-Najm · 53:43
وَأَنَّهُ هُوَ أَضْحَكَ وَأَبْكَىٰ
Тәхкыйк Ул – Аллаһ кешеләрне көлдерде һәм елатты.

Teleğezdä täfsir yuq. Bu - inglizçä Äl-Muxtasar.
43. And that He makes whoever He wills happy and makes him laugh, and makes whoever He wills sad and makes him cry.
