قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ شُرَكَاءَكُمُ الَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ أَرُونِي مَاذَا خَلَقُوا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ أَمْ لَهُمْ شِرْكٌ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ أَمْ آتَيْنَاهُمْ كِتَابًا فَهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَيِّنَتٍ مِنْهُ ۚ بَلْ إِنْ يَعِدُ الظَّالِمُونَ بَعْضُهُمْ بَعْضًا إِلَّا غُرُورًا
Мөшрикләргә әйт: "Күрәсезме, Аллаһудан башка Илаһә тоткан сынымнарыгыз җир өстендә нәрсә халык кылдылар, миңа күрсәтегез!" Яки аларның күкләрне халык кылуда Аллаһ белән бертигез Илаһәлары бармы, яки Без аларга Аллаһуның шәриге тиңдәше бар дип өйрәткән китапны иңдердекме, мөшриклекне шул китаптан өйрәнгән булыр иделәр. Мөшрикләрнең берберсенә яхшы сүзләре булмас, мәгәр сынымнарыгызга гыйбадәт кылыгыз, алар сезгә шәфәгать итәрләр дип берберсен алдарлар.

40. Say - O Messenger, to these idolaters: Tell me about those partners of yours that you worship instead of Allah, what have they created on earth. Did they create its mountains? Did they create its rivers? Did they create its animals? Or do they have any share with Allah in the creation of the heavens? Or have I given them a book in which there is proof of the validity of their worshipping their idols? Nothing of that is true. In fact, those who wrong themselves by disbelief and sins promise one another nothing but delusion.
