Al-Baqarah · 2:117
بَدِيعُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ وَإِذَا قَضَىٰ أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُ كُنْ فَيَكُونُ
Аллаһу тәгалә үзенең кодрәте белән күкләрне һәм җирне төзүче. Әгәр Аллаһ бернәрсәне төзергә теләсә: "Бар бул", – дип әйтер, шунда ук төзелеп бар булыр.

117. Allah is the Creator of the heavens and the earth and all that is in them; and there is nothing in creation that is like Him. If He decrees and wills something, He only says to it ‘Be’ and it is as He willed it. Nothing can stop His command and His decree.
