Al-Anfal · 8:18

ذَٰلِكُمْ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ مُوهِنُ كَيْدِ الْكَافِرِينَ

That (is the case); and (know) that Allah (it is) Who maketh weak the plan of disbelievers.
