Al-A'raf · 7:181
وَمِمَّنْ خَلَقْنَا أُمَّةٌ يَهْدُونَ بِالْحَقِّ وَبِهِ يَعْدِلُونَ
And of those whom We created there is a nation who guide with the Truth and establish justice therewith.
