Al-An'am · 6:18

وَهُوَ الْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِ ۚ وَهُوَ الْحَكِيمُ الْخَبِيرُ

He is the Omnipotent over His slaves, and He is the Wise, the Knower.
