Ali 'Imran · 3:82

فَمَنْ تَوَلَّىٰ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ

Then whosoever after this shall turn away: they will be miscreants.
