At-Tawbah · 9:3
وَأَذَانٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ إِلَى النَّاسِ يَوْمَ الْحَجِّ الْأَكْبَرِ أَنَّ اللَّهَ بَرِيءٌ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ ۙ وَرَسُولُهُ ۚ فَإِنْ تُبْتُمْ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ ۖ وَإِنْ تَوَلَّيْتُمْ فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّكُمْ غَيْرُ مُعْجِزِي اللَّهِ ۗ وَبَشِّرِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ
Na ni ujulisho kutoka kwa Mwenyezi Mungu na ni onyo kwa watu siku ya kuchinja kwamba Mwenyezi Mungu Amejitenga na washirikina; na Mtume Wake pia Amejitenga na wao. Basi ikiwa mtarudi kwenye haki, enyi washirikina, na mkauacha ushirikina wenu, hilo ni bora kwenu. Na mkiipa mgongo haki kwa kutoukubali na mkakataa kuingia kwenye dini ya Mwenyezi Mungu, basi jueni kwamba nyinyi hamtaiponyoka adhabu ya Mwenyezi Mungu. Na waonye, ewe Mtume, hawa wenye kuupa mgongo Uislamu, adhabu ya Mwenyezi Mungu iumizayo.

3. A notification from Allah and His Messenger to all people on the Day of Sacrifice that Allah, may He be glorified, and His Messenger are free of the idolaters. If you, O idolaters, repent from your idolatry, then such repentance will be better for you. If you turn away from repentance, then be certain that you will never get away from Allah and you will never escape His punishment. O Messenger, give the disbelievers news that will upset them: the painful punishment that awaits them.
