At-Talaq · 65:7
لِيُنْفِقْ ذُو سَعَةٍ مِنْ سَعَتِهِ ۖ وَمَنْ قُدِرَ عَلَيْهِ رِزْقُهُ فَلْيُنْفِقْ مِمَّا آتَاهُ اللَّهُ ۚ لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا مَا آتَاهَا ۚ سَيَجْعَلُ اللَّهُ بَعْدَ عُسْرٍ يُسْرًا
Na atoe matumizi mume kulingana na kile alichokunjuliwa nacho na Mwenyezi Mungu kumpa mkewe aliyeachana naye na amlipie mwanawe, iwapo mume ana ukunjufu wa mapato. Na yule ambaye amebanika kimatumizi naye ni fukara, basi na atoe kulingana na kile alichopewa na Mwenyezi Mungu katika matumizi. Masikini halazimishwi kutoa kama kile anacholazimishwa tajiri. Mwenyezi Mungu Ataleta, baada ya dhiki na shida, ukunjufu wa maisha na kutosheka.

7. Whoever has abundance in wealth should spend well on the wife he has divorced and upon his child; and whoever is financially restricted should spend according to what Allah has given him. Allah does not burden any soul except with what He has provided it with, never does He burden them with more than that or more than the strength it holds. Allah will soon create abundance and independence after his difficult state.
