Sura 57 · Juzuu 27
Al-Hadid · 57:29
لِئَلَّا يَعْلَمَ أَهْلُ الْكِتَابِ أَلَّا يَقْدِرُونَ عَلَىٰ شَيْءٍ مِنْ فَضْلِ اللَّهِ ۙ وَأَنَّ الْفَضْلَ بِيَدِ اللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۚ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ
Mwenyezi Mungu Aliyetukuka Amewapa haya yote ili wapate kujua watu waliopewa Vitabu ambao hawakumuamini Mtume Muhammad, rehema ya Mwenyezi Mungu na amani zimshukie, kwamba wao hawawezi chochote kujipa wao wenyewe nyongeza za kheri za Mwenyezi Mungu wala kuwapatia wengine, na kwamba nyongeza zote ziko kwa Mwenyezi Mungu. Na Mwenyezi Mungu ni Mwenye wema mkubwa na vipewa vingi kwa viumbe Vyake.

29. O believers! Verily I have clearly explained My great favour I have prepared for you in the multitude of rewards, so that the people of the previous Book i.e. the Jews and Christians know that they cannot access any of the favour of Allah in terms of being able to give it to whomsoever they wish, and so that they also know that true favour is in Allah’s Hands (may He be glorified); He grants it to whomsoever He wishes. And Allah is the bestower of great favours, which He exclusively gives to whichever of His servants He wishes.
