Sura 33 · Juzuu 21
Al-Ahzab · 33:7
وَإِذْ أَخَذْنَا مِنَ النَّبِيِّينَ مِيثَاقَهُمْ وَمِنْكَ وَمِنْ نُوحٍ وَإِبْرَاهِيمَ وَمُوسَىٰ وَعِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ ۖ وَأَخَذْنَا مِنْهُمْ مِيثَاقًا غَلِيظًا
Na kumbuka utaje, ewe Nabii, tulipochukua kutoka kwa Manabii ahadi ya mkazo kutekeleza ujumbe, na tukachukua ahadi kutoka kwako, na kutoka kwa Nūḥ, Ibrāhīm, Mūsā na Īsā mwana wa Maryam (nao ndio Mitume wenye nyoyo thabiti, katika kauli iliyo mashuhuri), na tukachukua kutoka kwao ahadi ya mkazo ya kufikisha ujumbe na kutekeleza amana na kuaminiana wao kwa wao.

7. O Messenger, remember when I took a firm covenant from the prophets that they will worship Allah alone and not associate any partner with Him, and that they will convey the revelation sent to them. And I have taken it especially from you, and from Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus son of Mary. I have taken a firm covenant from them to fulfil the conveying of Allah’s messages they have been entrusted with.
