قُلْ مَنْ يَرْزُقُكُمْ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ أَمَّنْ يَمْلِكُ السَّمْعَ وَالْأَبْصَارَ وَمَنْ يُخْرِجُ الْحَيَّ مِنَ الْمَيِّتِ وَيُخْرِجُ الْمَيِّتَ مِنَ الْحَيِّ وَمَنْ يُدَبِّرُ الْأَمْرَ ۚ فَسَيَقُولُونَ اللَّهُ ۚ فَقُلْ أَفَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
Waambie, ewe Mtume, washirikina hawa, «Ni nani anayewaruzuku kutoka juu kwa mvua anayoiteremsha, na kutoka ardhini kwa mimea na miti aina mbalimabali anayoiotesha kutoka humo, ambayo miongoni mwayo mnakula nyinyi na wanyama wenu? Na ni nani anayemiliki hisia za kusikia na za kuona mnazostarehea, nyinyi na wengineo? Na ni nani anayemiliki uhai na kifo, katika ulimwengu wote, akawatoa wenye uhai na wafu, baadhi yao kutoka kwa wengine, katika viumbe mnavyovijua na msivyovijua? Na ni nani anayeyaendesha mambo ya mbinguni na ardhini na yaliyomo ndani yake, (anayeyaendesha) mambo yenu nyinyi na mambo ya viumbe vyote?» Watakujibu kwamba anayefanya yote hayo ni Mwenyezi Mungu. Waambie, «Basi si muogope mateso ya Mwenyezi Mungu mnapomuabudu mwingine pamoja na Yeye?»

31. Say O Messenger to these idolators, 'Who is it that provides for you from the sky, sending down rain; who provides for you from the earth, with the plants that grow in it and what it contains of metals and minerals; and who brings the living from the dead, like humanity from a drop of semen and the bird from the egg; and who brings the dead from the living, like semen from animals, and the egg from the bird? And who governs everything in the heavens and the earth and what has been created in them? They will reply that Allah is the One Who does all of this. Say to them that, if they know this, they should be mindful of Him, following what Allah instructs and staying away from what He has prohibited.
