Sura 54 · Juz 27
Al-Qamar · 54:43
أَكُفَّارُكُمْ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أُولَٰئِكُمْ أَمْ لَكُمْ بَرَاءَةٌ فِي الزُّبُرِ
ÄR DÅ de bland er som förnekar sanningen bättre än de [forna folk som här har nämnts], eller har [äldre tiders] böcker med nedtecknad gudomlig visdom förklarat er oskyldiga?

43. Are your disbelievers, O people of Makkah, better than those disbelievers mentioned: The people of Noah, the Ad, the Thamud, the people of Lot and Pharaoh and his people? Or do you have immunity from Allah’s punishment that has been brought by the heavenly scriptures?
