Al-'Ankabut · 29:32
قَالَ إِنَّ فِيهَا لُوطًا ۚ قَالُوا نَحْنُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَنْ فِيهَا ۖ لَنُنَجِّيَنَّهُ وَأَهْلَهُ إِلَّا امْرَأَتَهُ كَانَتْ مِنَ الْغَابِرِينَ
Când trimişii Noştri au venit la Lot, el s-a îngrijorat pentru ei, căci braţul lui era fără putere. Trimişii noştri i-au spus: “Nu-ţi fie frică şi nu te mâhni, căci te vom mântui pe tine şi pe ai tăi în afară de femeia ta care va fi printre cei rămaşi în urmă.

32. Abraham (peace be upon him) said to the angels: But Lot is in that town whose people you wish to destroy and he is not one of the wrongdoers. The angels said: I know very well who is there. I will save him and his household from the destruction that will be sent down on the people of the town, except for his wife. She will be one of those who will be left behind, and we will destroy her with the rest of them.
