Ta-Ha · 20:70
فَأُلْقِيَ السَّحَرَةُ سُجَّدًا قَالُوا آمَنَّا بِرَبِّ هَارُونَ وَمُوسَىٰ
Faraon spuse: “Voi aţi crezut în El înainte ca eu să vă dau îngăduinţa, căci El este mai marele vostru care v-a învăţat vrăjitoria. Voi pune să vi se taie mâinile şi picioarele în curmeziş, apoi veţi fi răstigniţi pe trunchiuri de curmali. Veţi şti atunci care dintre noi este mai aprig şi mai necurmat în osândă.”

70. So Moses threw down his stick and it turned into a snake and swallowed up what the magicians had produced. The magicians then all prostrated to Allah once they came to know that what Moses had was not magic, but it was from Allah and they said: We have faith in the Lord of Moses and Aaron, the Lord of all created things.
