Al-Mujadila · 58:3
وَالَّذِينَ يُظَاهِرُونَ مِنْ نِسَائِهِمْ ثُمَّ يَعُودُونَ لِمَا قَالُوا فَتَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَتَمَاسَّا ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ تُوعَظُونَ بِهِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ
Tych, którzy odsyłają swoje żony, mówiąc: "Ty jesteś dla mnie jak plecy mojej matki!", i powtarzają to, co powiedzieli - obowiązuje wyzwolenie niewolnika, zanim będą mogli ponownie się zetknąć. Oto w ten sposób jesteście napominani. A Bóg jest w pełni świadom tego, co wy czynicie!

3. It is necessary upon those who utter this disgusting statement and then intend to have sexual intercourse with the wife they did Ẓihār to, that they make amends by freeing a slave before they have intercourse.
