لِيُنْفِقْ ذُو سَعَةٍ مِنْ سَعَتِهِ ۖ وَمَنْ قُدِرَ عَلَيْهِ رِزْقُهُ فَلْيُنْفِقْ مِمَّا آتَاهُ اللَّهُ ۚ لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا مَا آتَاهَا ۚ سَيَجْعَلُ اللَّهُ بَعْدَ عُسْرٍ يُسْرًا
Abbaan dandeettii qabu dandeettii isaa irraa haa qallabuNamni sooranni isaa isa irratti dhiphifame, waan Rabbiin isaaf kenne irraa haa qallabuRabbiin lubbuu kamiyyuu waan isheedhaaf kenne malee hin dirqisiisuRabbiin dhiphina booda bal'ina godhuuf jira

Afaan keessanitti tafsiirni hin jiru. Kun Al-Mukhtasar Afaan Ingiliffaati.
7. Whoever has abundance in wealth should spend well on the wife he has divorced and upon his child; and whoever is financially restricted should spend according to what Allah has given him. Allah does not burden any soul except with what He has provided it with, never does He burden them with more than that or more than the strength it holds. Allah will soon create abundance and independence after his difficult state.
