وَلِسُلَيْمَانَ الرِّيحَ غُدُوُّهَا شَهْرٌ وَرَوَاحُهَا شَهْرٌ ۖ وَأَسَلْنَا لَهُ عَيْنَ الْقِطْرِ ۖ وَمِنَ الْجِنِّ مَنْ يَعْمَلُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِ ۖ وَمَنْ يَزِغْ مِنْهُمْ عَنْ أَمْرِنَا نُذِقْهُ مِنْ عَذَابِ السَّعِيرِ
Suleeymaaniifis waaree dura (karaa) ji’a tokkoo kan deemtuufi waaree boodas (karaa) ji’a tokkoo kan balaliituu taatee bubbee (isaaf laaffifne)Madda sibiilaas (nahaasaas) isaaf yaafnee jirraJinnoota irraas warra hayyama Gooftaa Isaaniitiin fuuldura isaatti hojjatantu jiraIsaan irraa kan ajaja keenya irraa dabe, adabbii ibidda boba’aa irraa ta’e isa dhandhamsiifna.

12. And I made the wind serviceable to Solomon, son of David. It would blow the distance of a month in a morning, and the same distance in an evening. I also made springs of copper flow for him so that he could make whatever he wanted from it, together with employing the Jinn who would work in front of him by the command of his Lord. Whichever of the Jinn would deviate from whatever I commanded it to do, I would make it taste the punishment of a flaring fire.
