الَّذِينَ يُفْسِدُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُونَ
Isaan Dachii keessatti badii raawwataniifi toltuu hin raawwannee” [jedhe].

Afaan keessanitti tafsiirni hin jiru. Kun Al-Mukhtasar Afaan Ingiliffaati.
152. “Those who cause corruption on Earth by spreading sins and do not rectify themselves by holding on to the obedience of Allah.”
