الَّذِي كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ
ߡߍ߲ ߞߊ߬ ߡߊ߬ߛߐ߬ߛߐ߬ߟߌ ߞߍ߫ ߞߵߊ߬ ߞߐߘߏ߲߬
ߕߊߝߛߌߙ
ߕߊߝߛߌߙ ߕߍ߫ ߌ ߞߊ߲ ߘߐ߫. ߣߌ߲߬ ߞߊ߬ߣߌ߲߬ Al-Mukhtasar ߞߊ߲ߞߊ߲߫ ߘߐ߫.
16. The one who rejected whatever the Messenger (peace be upon him) brought, and turned away from fulfilling the command of Allah.
