أَمْ تَأْمُرُهُمْ أَحْلَامُهُمْ بِهَٰذَا ۚ أَمْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُونَ
ߥߟߴߊ߬ߟߎ߬ ߟߊ߫ ߛߌ߬ߓߏ ߟߎ߫ ߟߴߊ߬ߟߎ߫ ߟߐ߬ ߟߴߢߌ߲߬ ߠߊ߫ ߓߊ߬؟ ߸ ߤߊߡߊ߲ߕߍ߫ ߊ߬ߟߎ߬ ߦߋ߫ ߡߌ߬ߙߌ߲߬ߘߌ߫ ߘߊ߲߬ߠߊߕߊ߬ߡߌ߲߬ߣߍ߲ ߠߎ߫ ߟߋ߬ ߘߌ߫؟

ߕߊߝߛߌߙ ߕߍ߫ ߌ ߞߊ߲ ߘߐ߫. ߣߌ߲߬ ߞߊ߬ߣߌ߲߬ Al-Mukhtasar ߞߊ߲ߞߊ߲߫ ߘߐ߫.
32. Or do their minds tell them to say: “He is a soothsayer and insane?” So they combine what cannot gather in one person, but rather they are a people who trespass the bounds, hence they do not return to any sacred law or intellect.
