أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا نَصِيبًا مِنَ الْكِتَابِ يُدْعَوْنَ إِلَىٰ كِتَابِ اللَّهِ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ يَتَوَلَّىٰ فَرِيقٌ مِنْهُمْ وَهُمْ مُعْرِضُونَ
ߌ ߡߴߊ߬ ߦߋ߫ ߓߊ߬ ߡߍ߲ ߠߎ߫ ߛߐ߫ ߘߊ߫ ߣߌ߬ߓߊ߫ ߟߊ߫ ( ߖߌ߰ ) ߟߍ߬ߙߊ߬ ߞߏ ߘߐ߫ ߸ ߏ߬ ߟߎ߫ ߟߋ߬ ߞߟߌ߫ ߟߴߊߟߊ߫ ߟߊ߫ ߟߍߙߊ ߡߊ߬ ߛߊ߫ ߞߕߌ ߘߌ߫ ߟߴߊ߬ߟߎ߬ ߣߌ߫ ߢߐ߲߮ ߕߍ߫ ( ߏ ߡߊ߬ )، ߊ߬ߟߎ߫ ߝߊ߲߬ ߞߋߟߋ߲ ߦߴߊ߬ ߞߐߟߊ߫ ߟߴߏ߬ ߟߋ ߞߐ߫ ߔߏ߲߫ ߞߵߊ߬ ߕߘߍ߬ ߊ߬ ߞߐߘߏ߲߬ߣߍ߲߫

ߕߊߝߛߌߙ ߕߍ߫ ߌ ߞߊ߲ ߘߐ߫. ߣߌ߲߬ ߞߊ߬ߣߌ߲߬ Al-Mukhtasar ߞߊ߲ߞߊ߲߫ ߘߐ߫.
23. O Prophet, did you not see the Jews who were given knowledge of the Torah proving your prophethood? When they are called to refer to the book of Allah, the Torah, so that it can decide about what they differ in, a group of their scholars and leaders turn away, ignoring the judgement of the Torah because it does not agree with their desires. The right thing for them to have done, having claimed that they follow the Torah, is to accept its judgement without hesitation.
