وَمَا كَانَ هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنُ أَنْ يُفْتَرَىٰ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ وَلَٰكِنْ تَصْدِيقَ الَّذِي بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَتَفْصِيلَ الْكِتَابِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ مِنْ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
ߘߐ߬ߛߊߙߌ ߣߌ߲߬ ߡߊ߫ ߞߍ߫ ߘߋ߬ ߞߏ߫ ߞߎ߲߬ߘߐߕߍ߰ߕߊ߫ ߘߌ߫ ߞߊ߬ ߝߘߊ߫ ߊߟߊ߫ ߕߣߊ߬ ߟߊ߫، ( ߏ߬ ߕߍ߫ ) ߊ߬ ߢߍ߫ ߟߍߙߊ ߟߊߛߙߋߦߊߟߊ߲ ߠߋ߬ ( ߊߟߊ߫ ߓߟߏ߫)߸ ߊ߬ ߣߌ߫ ߟߍߙߊ ߏ߬ ߕߐ߬ߝߍ߬ߦߊ߬ ߞߊ߲ ߠߋ߬، ߛߌߞߊ߫ ߛߌ߫ ߕߍ߫ ߊ߬ ߘߐ߫، ߊ߬ ߝߘߊߣߍ߲߫ ߖߊ߯ߓߊ ߟߎ߫ ߡߊ߰ߙߌ ߟߋ߬ ߟߊ߫
ߕߊߝߛߌߙ
ߕߊߝߛߌߙ ߕߍ߫ ߌ ߞߊ߲ ߘߐ߫. ߣߌ߲߬ ߞߊ߬ߣߌ߲߬ Al-Mukhtasar ߞߊ߲ߞߊ߲߫ ߘߐ߫.
37. This Qur’ān, miraculous in its eloquence and law-giving, could not be fabricated, and it cannot be attributed to anyone but Allah, because people are not capable of coming up with anything similar to it. Rather, it confirms the scriptures that were revealed before it, and clarifies the laws in it, and there is no doubt that it was revealed by the Lord of all created things.
