Ghafir · 40:45
فَوَقَاهُ اللَّهُ سَيِّئَاتِ مَا مَكَرُوا ۖ وَحَاقَ بِآلِ فِرْعَوْنَ سُوءُ الْعَذَابِ
Daarom bevrijdde God hem van het kwaad, dat zij tegen hem hadden uitgedacht, en eene gestrenge straf omringde het volk van Pharao.

45. So Allah protected him from their evil plot when they intended to kill him, and the punishment of drowning enveloped the followers of Pharaoh, as Allah destroyed him and all his armies in this world.
