An-Nisa · 4:101
وَإِذَا ضَرَبْتُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ أَنْ تَقْصُرُوا مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ إِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَنْ يَفْتِنَكُمُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا ۚ إِنَّ الْكَافِرِينَ كَانُوا لَكُمْ عَدُوًّا مُبِينًا
Indien gij in het land ten oorlog trekt, zal het geene misdaad zijn, indien gij uwe gebeden nalaat, zoo gij vreest, dat de ongeloovigen u mochten aantasten; want de ongeloovigen zijn uwe openlijke vijanden.

101. When you travel in the land, there is no sin on you if you shorten the prayer from four units to two units of prayer, if you fear that the disbelievers will harm you. The disbelievers are open enemies to you, O believers.
