Soera 16 · Djoez 14
An-Nahl · 16:93
وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَجَعَلَكُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَلَٰكِنْ يُضِلُّ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَهْدِي مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۚ وَلَتُسْأَلُنَّ عَمَّا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
Indien het Gode had behaagd, zou hij u zekerlijk tot één volk hebben gemaakt; maar hij brengt in dwaling naar zijn welbehagen, en hij zal leiden wie hem behaagt. Eens zal men u rekenschap van uwe daden vragen.

93. Had Allah willed, He would have made you one nation in agreement on the truth, but He, may He be glorified, misguides whom He wills from the truth and from fulfilling their oaths by His justice, and He guides whom He wills to do so by His grace. You will surely be questioned on the Day of Judgement about what you used to do in the world.
