Az-Zumar · 39:56

أَنْ تَقُولَ نَفْسٌ يَا حَسْرَتَا عَلَىٰ مَا فَرَّطْتُ فِي جَنْبِ اللَّهِ وَإِنْ كُنْتُ لَمِنَ السَّاخِرِينَ

५६) कहीं यस्तो नहोस्, कि कुनै व्यक्तिले भन्न थालोस्ः ‘‘हाय अफसोच ! त्यसमाथि जुन बेवास्ता मैले अल्लाहप्रति गरें र म त उपहास गर्नेहरूमा नै शम्मिलित रहेँ ।

56. Act now to avoid the soul's extreme regret when it will declare on the day of resurrection: Alas my grief over my negligence in my duty to Allah by the disbelief and sins committed, and the mocking of the people of faith and obedience in the world.
