فَلَمَّا قَضَيْنَا عَلَيْهِ الْمَوْتَ مَا دَلَّهُمْ عَلَىٰ مَوْتِهِ إِلَّا دَابَّةُ الْأَرْضِ تَأْكُلُ مِنْسَأَتَهُ ۖ فَلَمَّا خَرَّ تَبَيَّنَتِ الْجِنُّ أَنْ لَوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ الْغَيْبَ مَا لَبِثُوا فِي الْعَذَابِ الْمُهِينِ
१४) अनि जब हामीले उनको मृत्युको निम्ति आदेश दियौं त ती जिन्नहरूलाई उसको मृत्युको समाचार कसैले दिएन घुनकीरा बाहेक जसले उसको लठ्ठीलाई खाइराखेको थियो । अनि जब उनी खसिहाले, तब जिन्नहरूले थाहा पाए कि यदि उनी परोक्षका कुरा जान्नेवाला भएको भए यस अपमानजनक यातनामा परिराख्ने थिएनन् ।

14. When we decreed for Solomon to die, the Jinn did not realise he had passed away until the woodworms had eroded away the staff he was leaning on. When he fell it became clear to the Jinn that they do not know the unseen/ghayb, as if they did, they would have not remained subdued, continuing to carry out the difficult tasks imposed upon them.
