Al-Hashr · 59:15
كَمَثَلِ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ قَرِيبًا ۖ ذَاقُوا وَبَالَ أَمْرِهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
(Keadaan kaum Yahudi itu) samalah seperti orang-orang (dari suku Yahudi) yang terdahulu sedikit dari mereka, yang telah merasai akibat yang buruk (di dunia) dengan sebab bawaan kufur mereka; dan mereka pula akan beroleh azab seksa yang tidak terperi sakitnya (pada hari akhirat kelak).

15. The analogy of these Jews in their disbelief and the punishment that afflicted them, is like that of the idolaters of Makkah not so long before them. They tasted the evil consequences of their disbelief, and on the day of Badr many were killed and others taken captive. They will also face a painful punishment in the afterlife.
