Surah 38 · Juz 23
Sad · 38:8
أَأُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ الذِّكْرُ مِنْ بَيْنِنَا ۚ بَلْ هُمْ فِي شَكٍّ مِنْ ذِكْرِي ۖ بَلْ لَمَّا يَذُوقُوا عَذَابِ
(Mereka berkata lagi): Patutkah wahyu peringatan itu diturunkan kepada Muhammad (padahal orang-orang yang lebih layak ada) di antara kita?" (Mereka bukan sahaja ingkarkan kelayakan Nabi Muhammad menerima wahyu) bahkan mereka berada dalam keraguan tentang peringatan yang Aku wahyukan (kepada Nabi Muhammad) itu, bahkan mereka belum lagi merasai azab.

8. Is it right that the Qur’ān is revealed to him from amongst us and he is chosen for it, and it is not revealed to us whereas we are great leaders?” But these idolaters are in doubt about the revelation which is revealed to you. And they have not yet tasted the punishment of Allah, so they have been deceived due to their being given respite. If they were to taste it, they would not have the audacity to disbelieve in Allah and doubt what is revealed to you.
