Az-Zumar · 39:56
أَنْ تَقُولَ نَفْسٌ يَا حَسْرَتَا عَلَىٰ مَا فَرَّطْتُ فِي جَنْبِ اللَّهِ وَإِنْ كُنْتُ لَمِنَ السَّاخِرِينَ
"Ka oba matharo o ginawa i: Hay miyakazndit ako! - sa kiyandidimataga ko ko onot ko Allah, go mataan a miyabaloy ako a minitapi dn ko mamakasodi!

56. Act now to avoid the soul's extreme regret when it will declare on the day of resurrection: Alas my grief over my negligence in my duty to Allah by the disbelief and sins committed, and the mocking of the people of faith and obedience in the world.
