An-Nur · 24:4
وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَأْتُوا بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَاءَ فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثَمَانِينَ جَلْدَةً وَلَا تَقْبَلُوا لَهُمْ شَهَادَةً أَبَدًا ۚ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ
Na so siran a tokasan iran so manga patiis a manga babay, oriyan iyan na da a mitalingoma iran a pat a manga saksi, na lphadi niyo siran sa walo polo a lphad; go da a tharimaan iyo kiran a kazaksi sa dayon sa dayon: Na siran man na siran so manga songklid; -

4. Those who accuse chaste women of adultery (and chaste men likewise) and do not then bring four witnesses to testify to the adultery they have accused them of, flog them, O leaders, with eighty lashes, and never accept their testimony. Those who accuse chaste women are out of the obedience of Allah.
