Al-'Ankabut · 29:8
وَوَصَّيْنَا الْإِنْسَانَ بِوَالِدَيْهِ حُسْنًا ۖ وَإِنْ جَاهَدَاكَ لِتُشْرِكَ بِي مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ بِهِ عِلْمٌ فَلَا تُطِعْهُمَا ۚ إِلَيَّ مَرْجِعُكُمْ فَأُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
८. आम्ही प्रत्येक माणसाला आपल्या माता-पित्याशी सद्‌वर्तन करण्याची शिकवण दिली आहे. तथापि जर ते हा प्रयत्न करतील की तुम्ही माझ्यासोबत त्याला सहभागी करून घ्यावे, ज्याचे तुम्हाला ज्ञान नाही तर त्यांचे म्हणणे मान्य करू नका. तुम्हा सर्वांना परतून माझ्याचकडे यायचे आहे, मग मी त्या प्रत्येक गोष्टीशी, जी तुम्ही करीत होते अवगत करवीन.

8. And I enjoined upon humankind that they be righteous and good with their parents. O man, if your parents force you to associate with Me that whose association you have no knowledge of - as occurred with Sa’d ibn Abi Waqqas from his mother - do not obey them in that, because there is no obedience to the creation in disobedience to the Creator. To Me alone is your return on the Day of Judgment, then I shall inform you of what you used to do in the world and I shall reward you for it.
