Al-Ma'arij · 70:40
فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ الْمَشَارِقِ وَالْمَغَارِبِ إِنَّا لَقَادِرُونَ
But nay! I swear by the Lord of the rising-places and the setting-places of the planets that We verily are Able
