وَمُصَدِّقًا لِمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيَّ مِنَ التَّوْرَاةِ وَلِأُحِلَّ لَكُمْ بَعْضَ الَّذِي حُرِّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ ۚ وَجِئْتُكُمْ بِآيَةٍ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
50. Era mbajjidde nga nkakasa amazima g’ebyo ebyakulembera ebyajjira mu Taurat. Era mbakkirize ebimu kw’ebyo ebyali byabagaanibwa, era mbajjidde n’akabonero okuva eri mukama Katonda wa mmwe nolw’ekyo mutye Katonda era mungondere.

50. I have come to you to confirm the revelation of the Torah that was before me, and to make lawful some of that which was unlawful in the past: making things easy for you. I have brought to you a clear proof of the truthfulness of what I say, so be mindful of Allah by fulfilling His instructions and avoiding His prohibitions; and follow that which I call you to.
