أَفَلَمْ يَهْدِ لَهُمْ كَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا قَبْلَهُمْ مِنَ الْقُرُونِ يَمْشُونَ فِي مَسَاكِنِهِمْ ۗ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِأُولِي النُّهَىٰ
128. Abaffe tekibayigiriza, eky'okuba nti emirembe emeka gye twazikiriza oluberyeberye lwabwe (bano), nga batambula mu bitundu bya bali (betwazikiriza) mazima mu ekyo mulimu eby'okuyiga eri ab'amagezi.

128. Is it not clear to the idolaters how many nations I destroyed before them? They walk in the homes of these destroyed nations and see the effects of what befell them. In the destruction and ruination which befell these many nations are lessons for people of intelligence.
