قَالَ قَائِلٌ مِنْهُمْ لَا تَقْتُلُوا يُوسُفَ وَأَلْقُوهُ فِي غَيَابَتِ الْجُبِّ يَلْتَقِطْهُ بَعْضُ السَّيَّارَةِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ فَاعِلِينَ
10. Omwogezi omulala mu bo naagamba nti temutta Yusuf wabula mumusuule wansi mu luzzi abamu ku batambuze bajja kumulonda, bwe muba nga muteekwa buteekwa okubaako kye mukola.

10. One of the brothers said: Do not kill Yousuf, rather throw him into a well and some passers by may find him and take him, this is a lesser evil if you really want to get rid of him.
