An-Nisa · 4:83
وَإِذَا جَاءَهُمْ أَمْرٌ مِنَ الْأَمْنِ أَوِ الْخَوْفِ أَذَاعُوا بِهِ ۖ وَلَوْ رَدُّوهُ إِلَى الرَّسُولِ وَإِلَىٰ أُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْهُمْ لَعَلِمَهُ الَّذِينَ يَسْتَنْبِطُونَهُ مِنْهُمْ ۗ وَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ لَاتَّبَعْتُمُ الشَّيْطَانَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا
Қашан оларға тыныштық немесе қауіп-қатер жайлы бір іс / хабар / келсе, олар оны жайып, таратып жібереді. Егер де олар оны Елшіге немесе өздерінен болған басшыларға жеткізгенде, олардың ішіндегі іс білетіндері, оның / мән-жайын / білер еді. Егер сендерге Аллаһтың кеңшілігі әрі Оның мейірімі болмағанда, сендердің аздарыңнан басқаларың шайтанға ерген болар едіңдер.

83. Whenever there comes a public matter comprising safety and happiness for the Muslims, or matters of fear and sadness, the hypocrites rush to spread its news amongst the people. If they had waited and referred the matter to Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) and to those in charge of their affairs, those who are able to reason and draw conclusions would know what is to be done with respect to spreading such news or concealing it. If it were not for Allah’s grace and mercy on you, almost all of you would have followed the whisperings of Satan.
