ذِي قُوَّةٍ عِنْدَ ذِي الْعَرْشِ مَكِينٍ
20 אשר בורך בכוחות, ולו שמור מקום של כבוד אצל אדון כס-המלכות,

20. One who possess strength and great rank in the sight of the Lord of the Throne, may He be glorified.
