Al-An'am · 6:54
وَإِذَا جَاءَكَ الَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِآيَاتِنَا فَقُلْ سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكُمْ ۖ كَتَبَ رَبُّكُمْ عَلَىٰ نَفْسِهِ الرَّحْمَةَ ۖ أَنَّهُ مَنْ عَمِلَ مِنْكُمْ سُوءًا بِجَهَالَةٍ ثُمَّ تَابَ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ وَأَصْلَحَ فَأَنَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
Kuma idan waɗanda suke yin ĩmãni da ãyõyinMu suka jẽ maka, sai ka ce: "Aminci ya tabbata a gareku; Ubangjinku Ya wajabta rahama ga kanSa, cẽwa lalle ne wanda ya aikata aibi da jãhilci daga cikinku, sa'an nan kuma ya tũba daga bãyansa, kuma ya gyãra, to, lalle Shi, Mai gãfara ne, Mai jin ƙai."

54. When those who accept My signs that indicate the truth of what you have brought come to you, O Messenger, then reply to their greeting of peace in honour of them and tell them the good news of My mercy. I have gracefully made mercy obligatory on Myself. If anyone among you commits sin, out of ignorance and foolishness, and then repents from that sin and sets their actions right, then I will forgive them, for I am Forgiving and Compassionate to the servant who repents to Me.
